He's referenced in another made up world called the World of Warcraft. The made up character that used his made up victims trust in him to lure them into a position where he could take their made up lives with a made up razor in a made up story. It's actually a made up character used as a pop culture reference in another made up world which isn't there, not to justify the actions of the MADE UP character but to reference his place in mass media.
